How do "co-location" and "cooperative inspection, single clearance" work?
Old model: take the Huanggang shuttle bus or a cross-border coach, get off at Huanggang in Shenzhen for one inspection, get back on and continue, then get off again at Lok Ma Chau in Hong Kong for a second inspection — that is two-location, two-clearance with two rounds of getting off and on, and queues at peak times can be extreme.

Where is the new Huanggang Port? Location and connections
The new port is located in Futian District, Shenzhen, close to the Lok Ma Chau area of Hong Kong. On the Shenzhen side it will connect to several metro lines (including routes running directly to Futian Checkpoint and towards the Convention and Exhibition Center), so after crossing, getting to Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center, COCO Park and the Shopping Park area will be much smoother than before.
