• The express departs Haishan Station daily at 11:30, 12:30, 13:30
• Along the way it passes through 10 stations without stopping: Shatoujiao Station, Wutongshan South Station, Liantang Station, Xianhu Road Station, Liantang Port Station, Xinxiu Station, Hubei Station, Grand Theatre Station, Yannan Station, Huaqiangbei Station
• Travel time from Haishan Station to Gangxia North Station is about 10 minutes shorter than regular trains

In other words, if you cross the border at Liantang Port and plan to go to Grand Theatre or Huaqiangbei, remember: this express does not stop at these two stations. To take the express, board directly at Haishan Station; the three departures are around midday. At other times, take regular trains.

Line 11: Bitou Station toward Hongling South Station, Departing from Airport Station

Line 11 adds an express service from Bitou Station toward Hongling South Station, also running 3 trains every weekday.

• The express departs Airport Station daily at 11:30, 12:30, 13:30
• Along the way it passes through 5 stations without stopping: Bihaiwan Station, Bao'an Station, Nanshan Station, Houhai Station, Hongshuwan South Station
• Travel time from Airport Station to Chegongmiao Station is about 5 minutes 30 seconds shorter than regular trains

This train is best for people landing at Shenzhen Bao'an Airport who need to get to the Chegongmiao area in Futian. Note that it does not stop at Houhai Station; if you are heading to Shenzhen Bay MixC or the Houhai commercial area, do not take the express — take a regular service.

Lines 2&8 Extra Services: Note You May Need to Change Trains at Yantian Road Station

In addition, Lines 2&8 are increasing the number of 4-car trains in service on the Shenwai High School Station to Xichong Station section. During weekday morning and evening peaks, most 6-car trains will terminate and turn back at Yantian Road Station.

If you are continuing to Hong'anwei Station, Yantianxu Station, Dameisha Station, Xiaomeisha Station, Xichong Station, note the following two points:
